Ok...this Camper has a history. it is a 28 footer pull behind. I bought it from a guy in Interlaken who said it got flipped over in a tornado 2 years back. He had it gutted and most of the original parts were taken. I rebuilt it throughout. the only things it needs is a little great stuff in the right spots, a small window which has been covered, a small amount of water plumbing, small patching in the shower, and a little tar on the roof in 2 very small spots. the leaks are really not bad at all. one of the stabilizer jacks got twisted when it was flipped. I just improvised and propped it up with cinder blocks which worked very well.
I lived in it exactly as it sits for over a year and a half. I really dont even want to get rid of it because I have put over 1500 into rebuilding it. And it has served its purpose very well for me. It is wired like a house now with full 50 amp service and an adapter for 30 amp plug in. i believe it has 6 separate breakers that I have never had a problem with. I have most everything set up to run off electricity instead of Propane. including a couple electric grills and space heaters. I also have a newer G&E 10 gallon electric hot water heater that runs off of 120v supply that I have not yet installed. If you dont want the water heater i will reduce the price to $500. I also have a custom built set of wooden stairs that go with it. I have the title clean and clear. However, unless you want to put new tail lights on it, I would suggest keeping it at the Cortland Country Music Park where it currently sits. their rates are exceptional. $900 gets you the entire 6 month season with all utilities included. even WiFi!! this works out to $150/month utilities included during the summer months. They also have several showers on premises you can use until the shower is patched. There is also a new A/C unit that I installed that will come with the Fridge, Microwave, and 5 gallon office water cooler. This thing makes an excellent summer man cave or a temporary living situation. I have insulated through about 70% of it with foam board insulation and OSB ply. I am in real need of cash at this point, so please feel free to make offers. I can be reached via email or call/text
and ask for William. I think thats about everything I can think of for now about it. If you have any other questions feel free to ask! Im sorry that I do not currently have any pics at the current time. it has a full size bed in the back and a futon couch in the living room and pieced together carpeting that really doesnt look too bad at all. A definite must have for anyone looking for a cheap place to stay over the summer. It fairs pretty well in the winter too with even just one heater of the two on. I hope to hear from you! Serious inquiries only please!
